Jack Ferrer

Jack Ferrer is a Managing Director at Barron International Group. Mr. Ferrer has over 20 years of experience in investment banking, corporate development, and executive leadership. Having served as both an advisor and an operating executive, he brings a practical perspective to helping founders, boards, management teams, private equity firms, and family offices navigate acquisitions, capital raising, and growth. His experience spans the corporate life cycle, from founder-led and investor-backed businesses to mature public companies across media, entertainment, consumer, hospitality, sports, and technology. 

Mr. Ferrer was recruited to Barron International Group in 2015 as one of the firm’s first employees and has played a key role in expanding the firm’s investment banking practice.

He began his career at JPMorgan in strategy, business development, and operating roles before joining the Mergers & Acquisitions Group at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where he advised clients across the consumer, retail, and business services sectors. He later joined MF Global’s Strategy, Mergers & Acquisitions Group, working closely with senior management on business transformation initiatives. Mr. Ferrer subsequently founded Adiligy, a management consultancy advising growth companies, before serving as Chief Strategy Officer and Director of Investment Banking & Corporate Development at Cyndx Advisors.

Mr. Ferrer has taught corporate finance at Cornell University’s Samuel Curtis Johnson Graduate School of Management. He received his MBA and BS in Applied Economics and Management from Cornell University.  He was awarded fellowships by the Robert Toigo Foundation and the Roy H. Park Leadership Fellowship Program, where he assisted in establishing the McGovern Center for Venture Development. He remains active in mentoring future business leaders through the Robert Toigo Foundation and Management Leadership for Tomorrow (MLT).
